Pour aider à la promotion de son premier film Chris Lowell a décidé de passer par Kickstarter. Dans un premier temps la jauge a été fixé à 63,021$ mais face au succès atteint en 1 jour il a demandé à ses backers de pousser jusqu'à 125,000$. Il reste 22 jours pour participer est la deuxième jauge est déjà atteinte.
